The business was created in 1936 by my grandparents with a bakery grocery store and a small café. In the early 1970s, my parents settled in the village and took over the business. After major work, they set up a large professional kitchen, rooms, 2 restaurant rooms, and created the… Les Voûtes inn. They drew the name from the very beautiful cross vaults that adorn the ground floor. Thanks to the workers from the quarries installed in the village, the restaurant is full every day. My mother is in the kitchen and my father at the bar.
It was in 1990 that I joined my parents to work with them. Two years later, we opened a beautiful terrace on the village square, and it’s a success. We welcome our customers during the summer season to serve ice cream, cold drinks, and meals in the shade of the plane trees. Since 2007, I have been managing the 3rd generation of this small family business. Recently, my sweetheart joined us and brings her feminine touch and her smile.Inn in Ardèche
