The chef in les Voûtes’ restaurant will offer you a numerous choice of salads and some typical French dishes. The menu is changing depending on the season and the menu will vary with the daily market.
Expert in Mussels and French fries in the Ardèche region
The mussels with chips are considered the 2nd favourite dish in France, they get really popular with sunny days and in our establishment we are cooking it since 25 years. Always prepared the same way, you will be able to enjoy them Marinières (traditional way) or with Roquefort sauce (a blue cheese sauce). They are tasty with an appealing texture and a lovely taste.
Our other culinary specialty is a rib steak or a sirloin. You can have it plain, pan fried or grilled served with sauce: pepper, blue cheese, Ardéchoise or Porcini; a lovely potato gratin, vegetables or fries all served with a beautiful glass of chilled rosé. You will enjoy a fantastic meal !
